How to Import Palm Desktop Calendar to Google Calendar
This is an online guide on how to import and convert Palm Desktop Calendar to Google Calendar using Calendar Importer for Google.

Before this step, you should already be able to:
- Download and install Calendar Importer for Google.
- Login into the Google account in Calendar Importer.
- Start the Calendar importing process.

So let's choose "Microsoft Outlook" in the pop up window below and click "Next" to move on.
After a few seconds we will get the following screen and see that all your Palm Desktop Calendar data have been loaded into the table as below:
You may have found that the information loaded is displayed in different colors:
Green Data - means the Palm Desktop Calendar event information is not found in the Google Calendar, if you import this Calendar event, it will be added to the Google Calendar.
Blue Data - means that your Google account have the similar Calendar event but their content are not same, if you import this Calendar event, your Google Calendar will be updated.
Black Data - means that the Calendar event information is identical in Outlook and Google and you don't need to import that Calendar event.
To import the Calendar events, you need to check the checkboxes before each Calendar event and press the "Next" button to move to next step.
You may also notice that there are three buttons let you check or uncheck the Calendar events quickly:
- Select All" lets you check all Calendar events to import to Google Calendar.
- "Select Diff" lets you only check the different Calendar events to import to Google. This is the recommended choice.
- "Clear All" lets you clear your selections.
